Stratamed® is an advanced, flexible, film-forming wound dressing for use immediately following surgery or on open wounds. Stratamed® was developed for use on all types of wounds, burns, skin tears and abrasions including those resulting from Surgical incisions and excisions, Biopsies and ED&Cs, General surgery resulting in sutures i.e. Mohs surgery and C-section, Accidents, trauma, bites, grazes, skin tears and abrasions, Chronic wounds i.e. pressure and diabetic wounds.

Precise Application Protocol:

– Clean wound; pat dry excess exudate

– Thin layer direct/open wounds or dressing contact side; dries 5-6 min (remove excess)

– Once/twice daily exposed areas; reapply after washing

– Continue until full skin recovery; maintain 24/7 contact

– Secondary dressings: no drying needed; reapply when changing
